The Mission
Development of human capital in the innovation and high-tech industry within Arab society through the establishment of the “Council” with the participation of CEOs from diverse sectors, to address short- and long-term challenges by building strategic collaborations and sustainable models for impact, while promoting policy issues.
The Challenge
We are witnessing challenges at the micro and macro levels, including a lack of coordination among stakeholders, difficulties in fostering collaborations in the ecosystem, and infrastructure and human capital challenges within the implementing organizations.
The Research
Preliminary cross organizational research identifies key challenges: Limited organizational infrastructure, a demand for enhanced management skills, and the lack of organizational, human capital, and impact management development processes.
Target Audience
The Council will target senior leadership across sectors dedicated to advancing Arab society in the high-tech industry. This includes CEOs and vice presidents, with a particular focus on civil society organizations and the business sector.
